Negotiated a cost-free architecture change with our Cloud Provider. During which we migrated all the Data Science services from Kubernetes to Cloud Run, reducing the time to generate a recommendation from 20 seconds to a second, and realized a 50% cost reduction.

Improved the retention rate for FTEs by introducing and adopting engineering career levels. As a result, the engineering team was doubled.

Enhanced customer onboarding and streamlined PSP (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Adyen, etc.) integration by exposing a serverless abstraction layer using Compensating Transactions, resulting in greater platform adaptability and enabling support for a wide range of future clients through outsourced integrations.

Worked closely with the Professional Services and Integrations team, ensuring the successful launch of several large customers on the platform.

Actively participated in the on-call rotation for teams outside our domain, contributed various fixes to the inventory ingestion and back-office reporting applications.

Developed a phone-to-phone payment system for in-store purchases, enabling the company to pursue several key clients. The system was deployed and later patented.
